Excellent motel for the value. The desk clerk was great and the room was comfortable and very clean.
Breakfast was skimpy. Just muffins, toast and cereal. But again, for the price one shouldn't complain.

The manager was nice, but I had to wait on her while she took a smoke break.
The room was a little run down, but the Wi-Fi terrible!!!

Nothing...
Room was very dirty.. hair in bathtub,on bed pillows,on counters. There was a piece ofwallpaper sticking out that had mold all over it and the wall. Floors had clumps of mud and dirt everywhere

The location was very close to the town square/shops/food. The TV itself & the channels available were good. The bathroom was clean.
When I checked in, the desk clerk informed me that my Mastercard had been declined. Mastercard??? I've NEVER used/owned a Mastercard, so, yes, I would think it would have been declined. When I initially booked the room on Booked.net, I didn't have to use a credit card...the website stated I could pay at the property when I checked in, which I did...with my Visa. The "breakfast" consisted of inedible stale pastries (no tongs available). There was peeling paint on the ceiling, the carpet was shabby, & there was ONE light (maybe 25 watt). The ad stated there was a hot tub...guess that meant if I filled the bathtub with hot water, I would have a "hot tub". Agree with another reviewer who stated that there were people staying there long-term. I really did not feel safe. Will NOT stay there again.

Staff was helpful and accomodating. Room was quiet.
The carpet was FILTHY (numerous stains of different origins). Electrical wall outlet was worn out; plug for the refrigerator would not connect to internal receptacle parts to keep refrigerator running. People appeared to be living long term in other rooms; family with small children. The swimming pool was a mess from the winter, I suppose.

Not enough plug ins for all of the device chargers one normally carry. I suggest that you put a four plug recepital in the area of the clothes hanging rack with a shelve below it for a charging station.

The location of the hotel was great, close to the main attraction of town square pickin park and the lovely town square. Additionally, the Arkansas Craft Gallery was within walking distance from the hotel. The units had three full-size beds.
